Over at Gods Hat My Ipod there's a stat thing that shows what search terms people use to arrive at that most hallowed of all music sites.  So you'd think, given the content, that those search terms would include Motorhead, Hawkwind, Motorhead, Motorhead, Hawkwind and Sir Thomas Of Jones.

Well, you'd be wrong.

Unbeknown to me, it turns out that the internet is full of dirty perverts.  Who knew?  Because the Top 20 search terms used this year, which resulted in people arriving at GHMI were.

Which is a bit of a worry, as I'm not aware of that many posts involving German heavy metal singers with twin genitals dressing up as a goth Santa Claus and getting it on with assorted redheads whilst hoing in the back green.  And I've never posted about Sheryl Crow. Although I did use a dirty picture of her when writing about smutty heavy metal records.
